Meet Stacy

Stacy’s fascination with photography started in middle school when she first learned to develop black and white photos in the darkroom. In High School, she photographed extracurricular activities and was a photographer for the yearbook. After graduation, she worked for Sears portrait studio and then for Photo Plus for seven years.

She started Photo Solutions in November 2006 after a friend asked if she would photograph their wedding. She has grown from shooting weddings and family photos to senior portraits and sports teams. She started off having all of her gear in a closet in her home to a studio location. Now, she only shoots on-location Senior Portraits. You can tell that she loves what she does and the ever-changing atmosphere it puts her in. She loves trying new things, and collaborating with her clients.

She is a member of the Montana Professional Photographer Association and gets a lot of inspiration from other great photographers from all over Montana and the world. She enjoys attending conventions and learning and applying new techniques.

She is happily married with two teenagers, two cats, and one dog. If you catch her without a camera in her hand, she might be teaching archery, traveling, or reading a book!
